Is there a quality or satisfaction guarantee for the prints and wall art?

Yes! Any purchases you make of my fine art prints and wall art via this site are covered by a 30 day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order and let them know the details of your concern, along with your preference for reprinting or obtaining a refund. Smugmug manage this return service in entirety and the unconditional satisfaction guarantee is covered in section C, point 3 of their Terms and Conditions, which you can view here. For the purposes of clarification, if there is any confusion or discrepancy between my summary of the returns policy and that outlined in the Smugmug Terms and Conditions, please refer to their policy and disregard my wording.

How do I pay for my order?

Secure payment is accepted by either PayPal or credit card. You can select to pay in one of 10 international currencies. The currency selection is made within the shopping cart, prior to committing to purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Both the prints and wall art are prepared by a professional photo lab and are carefully packaged before being sent to you. Depending on your location and the available delivery options, it may take a few weeks for you to receive the finished art work, so please order early if you have a specific milestone or deadline in mind. Shipping options and costs, along with estimated delivery time frames are outlined during checkout, prior to entering payment information.
